Can one project be used across several assessments?
Ask how evidence is mapped to every unit requirement.
What should you understand?
A provider may use a shared project context, but that context does not by itself prove every skill. The evidence still needs to meet each unit’s criteria, knowledge requirements, occasion counts and conditions. Integration and quality, for example, have their own requirements.
What should you ask or practise?
Ask which records are shared and which demonstrations remain separate. Request an explanation of how the assessor maps evidence across units. Avoid assuming that one large document or one completed project automatically covers all assessment, or that every course must use the same number of projects.
What should you compare?
- Exact unit requirements
- Assessed occasions and resources
- Access to practical activities
What remains unconfirmed?
The national evidence requirement is checked; the provider task design, participants, tools and accepted evidence are not known.
