BSBPMG531 requires managing project time on at least two occasions. The supplied conditions include schedules, reports and stakeholder feedback in a workplace or realistic simulation. Producing a single chart is not a summary of all the evidence required.

Ask which planning tools you will use and how changes to estimates are handled. In practice, compare an original schedule with a revised version and explain what changed. The provider should show how its activities cover the complete criteria, knowledge evidence and assessment conditions.
