How can I prepare for a project course before it starts?
Practise defining a small goal, boundaries and tasks.
What should you understand?
Start with an invented project and a small agreed goal. For example, plan a fictional workshop with a defined audience and a clear finish point. State what is included, what is excluded and the tasks needed to prepare it.
What should you ask or practise?
Use the exercise to practise asking scope questions, not to claim you have completed BSBPMG530. When study begins, ask how the full criteria, two assessed occasions and stakeholder feedback differ from your informal exercise. No real client or staff information is needed for this preparation.
What should you compare?
- Scope boundaries
- Documents and feedback
- Provider assessment plan
What remains unconfirmed?
The national evidence requirement is checked; the provider task design, participants, tools and accepted evidence are not known.
What can you do next?
Write a one-page project outline.
